En un momento en que las máquinas toman decisiones cada vez más opacas sobre personas, necesitamos herramientas que nos permitan VER cómo piensan, no solo qué responden.

C.L.A.R.A. es un proyecto de procesamiento de lenguaje natural desarrollado en JavaScript puro, sin dependencias externas, que funciona en cualquier navegador. Su objetivo es deliberadamente contraintuitivo: transparencia radical.

📚 Culmination of the trilogy

Notarial Public Faith, Rebuttal of Fraud, and Procedural Nullity.

Every rigorous legal analysis demands closure.
The three articles I previously shared —on a real case of defective service of process, the logic of judicial syllogism, and the distinction between conceptual and real possibilities— left a gap: they needed to be integrated into a single doctrinal framework, updated to the CCyC Nación and CPCCBA Law 15,240.

This new work fills that space.
It systematizes the impugnative paths against public instruments, precisely delimits the functions of the Judicial Secretary and their public faith —a topic surprisingly absent in many practitioners' training—, and provides six practical cases that turn theory into usable tools.

It was a long road, but dogmatic rigor does not admit shortcuts.

Todo análisis jurídico que se precie exige un cierre.
Los tres artículos que compartí anteriormente —sobre el caso real de notificación defectuosa, la lógica del silogismo judicial y la distinción entre posibilidades conceptuales y reales— encontraban un vacío: faltaba integrarlos en un marco doctrinario único, actualizado al Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación y al CPCCBA Ley 15.240.

Este nuevo trabajo viene a ocupar ese espacio.
Sistematiza las vías impugnativas contra los instrumentos públicos, delimita con precisión las funciones del Secretario Judicial y su fe pública —un tema sorprendentemente ausente en la formación de muchos operadores—, y ofrece seis casos prácticos que transforman la teoría en herramienta.

Fue un camino extenso, pero el rigor dogmático no admite atajos.
