Public Faith, Non-Contradiction and the Administration of Justice. 2026 Update.

When two public officials state opposite facts about the same procedural act, and the court rules without opening an evidentiary period or the challenge of falsity, what message does society receive?

That was one aspect of a real case:
🔹 the court notifier’s act certified a notification with all copies.
🔹 The court clerk reported the opposite, based on the return of the writ and the statements of the notified party, without giving any validity to what the notifier had reported.
🔹 The judge suspended the proceedings and rejected the challenge of falsity without processing it.
🔹 The case concluded by settlement, but the underlying question remains: how can we ensure that, when contradictions arise between officials, a clarification mechanism is activated?

I’ve updated the analysis on Proyecto WWW, incorporating the doctrine and the new CCCN.
Strengthening democracy requires accountable institutions and procedures that seek truth, not just the appearance of legality.

Fe Pública, no contradicción y la Administración de Justicia. Actualización 2026

Cuando dos funcionarios públicos afirman hechos opuestos sobre un mismo acto procesal, y el tribunal resuelve sin abrir un período de prueba ni resolver el incidente de falsedad, ¿qué mensaje recibe la sociedad?

Esa fue una de las aristas de un caso real:
🔹 el acta de un oficial notificador certificaba una notificación con todas las copias.
🔹 La secretaria del juzgado informó lo contrario, basándose en la devolución de la cédula y los dichos de la parte notificada, sin otorgar validez a lo informado por el notificador.
🔹 El juez suspendió el proceso y rechazó el incidente de redargución de falsedad sin tramitarlo.
🔹 El caso concluyó por acuerdo, pero la pregunta de fondo persiste: ¿cómo garantizar que, ante contradicciones entre funcionarios, se active un mecanismo de esclarecimiento?

Porque fortalecer la democracia exige instituciones que rindan cuentas y procedimientos que busquen la verdad, no solo la apariencia de legalidad.

The Tank's Curb

Some places let you see everything. A wooden platform four metres above the ground. Australian tank iron that bites your palms under the March sun.

Below, a three‑hectare farm. The train whistle toward Tigre cuts the air. The dust of National Route 9 rises behind a Ford 28 truck.
By the pond, a twelve‑year‑old girl whispers secrets to golden carp. Further on, pigs root through chard scraps, children run between corn rows, and a Creole rooster with greenish sickles crows off‑beat.
And up on the platform, a fifteen‑year‑old girl looks without looking. Because inside the house, on the oak table, there are some papers.

What can she see from up there that the others can't? And what does she do with what she sees?

La cota del tanque

Hay lugares desde donde se ve todo. Una plataforma de madera a cuatro metros del suelo. El hierro del tanque de agua que quema las palmas cuando el sol de marzo cae a plomo.
Abajo, una quinta de tres hectáreas. El sonido del tren hacia Tigre corta el aire. El polvo de la Ruta Nacional 9 se alza tras un Ford 28.
En el estanque, una nena de doce años susurra secretos a las carpas doradas. Más allá, los chanchos hozan restos de acelga, los niños corren entre el maíz y un gallo criollo, de hoces verdosas, canta a destiempo.
Arriba, una muchacha de quince años mira sin mirar. Porque dentro de la casa, sobre la mesa de roble, hay unos papeles.

¿Qué se ve desde ahí arriba que los demás no ven? ¿Y qué se hace con lo que se ve?

El portal de notificaciones de la SCBA / The SCBA notifications portal

🔐 El portal de notificaciones electrónicas de la SCBA no te deja trabajar con Linux… pero el propio componente que ellos exigen SÍ funciona en Linux.
Pasamos 10 años documentando esta barrera. Hoy, con fuentes oficiales en la mano, demostramos algo que ningún otro análisis había mostrado hasta ahora: SETCCE proXSign —el componente criptográfico obligatorio del portal PyNE— tiene versión nativa para Ubuntu, Debian y Fedora.
La exclusión de GNU/Linux no es técnica. Es una decisión de política de soporte.

📅 El 1° de agosto de 2026 se apaga para siempre la firma electrónica de la SCBA.
A partir de esa fecha, solo se podrá operar con firma digital AC-ONTI.
Si tu sistema operativo no está en la lista, quedás fuera.

🔐 The SCBA's electronic notifications portal won't let you work with Linux… yet the very component they require DOES work on Linux.
We've spent 10 years documenting this barrier. Today, backed by official sources, we prove something no other analysis has shown until now: SETCCE proXSign —the mandatory cryptographic component of the PyNE portal— has a native version for Ubuntu, Debian, and Fedora.
