Refund Policy for AstroPay Global (IOM) Limited

This Refund Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") establishes the terms and conditions under which Cafecito Inc (hereinafter, the "Company") accepts or does not accept refunds for products purchased through its platform operated by AstroPay Global (IOM) Limited in the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Côte D’Ivoire, Ecuador, Egypt, Ghana, Honduras, India, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Paraguay, Peru, United Republic of Tanzania, Thailand, and Vietnam (hereinafter, the "Products").

2. SCOPE

This Policy applies to all purchases made through the online sales platform. By making a purchase, the Customer agrees and commits to comply with the terms and conditions established herein.

3. RETURN POLICY

The Company categorically states that NO refunds will be made nor returns accepted for any reason.

4. PROCEDURE TO REQUEST A RETURN

In the event that the Customer believes they qualify for a refund under applicable local laws in the aforementioned countries, the following steps must be taken:

  2. Provide full details about the reason for the return.
  3. The Company will evaluate the request and communicate with the Customer to indicate the next steps.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time and without prior notice. Any change in the Policy will be effective upon its publication on the online sales platform.

In case of a discrepancy between the terms of this Policy and applicable local laws granting consumers rights of return or refund, the provisions of such laws will prevail.

This Refund Policy for AstroPay Global (IOM) Limited is governed by the laws of the United States, and any dispute related to it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the United States.
